Mum and Dad lived at Fish Hoek in the 50s..they told me about the train on the beach. Nice to see it is still going.

Lovely photo. What became of those quaint steam train, I wonder. I remember them well; still going in the late 70's (good heavens, old men talk like that!). Anyhow, lovely pic. Thanks.

ReplyDeleteWe really enjoyed the train trip from Kalk Bay to Simon's Town during our visit. Wish we could do the steam train though. Still a great outing.
