Winter food

Step 1 - buy a packet of soup from Pick 'n Pay
Step 2 - lightly soften in butter, add vege stock and simmer for 20 mins Step 3 - puree, add some creme fraiche and a sprinke of chopped chives and mint, and voila - lunch for a chilly winter day.


  1. Butternut soup, my absolute favorite soup. Doesn't matter if its sweet or spicy.

  2. We go to Woolies for ours. Add half a cup of soup mix, dried peas beans and barley. Stress-free dinner before I go to choir practice.
