Recently opened on the corner of Buitengracht and Wale Streets, is Cape Town's Hilton Hotel. I find these hotels rather lacking in character, but it is nice to see one in our little visdorpie (SA speak for Cape Town - meaning "fishing village"). Once you are inside you could be anywhere in the world, but outside this one has a good central position - near the Cape Quarter area with its great local vibe.

I often wonder if there is enough business in CT for all these hotels. And being in tourism myself I'm also sad that all these tourists don't come to visit us here in PE.
