Today is the first anniversary of my City Daily Photo blog. How time has flown! These beautiful horses and their attendant Cattle Egret birds live just down the road from us - in the suburb of Sweet Valley where there is still quite a lot of farmland left. In the distance you can see Tokai which is being restored to natural fynbos as the pine plantations are harvested. The Stone Pines on the right though are staying.
