On my way into town yesterday I followed this old Citroën Light 15 for some of the way. It would have made my dad's heart sing! He had a black one in his youth and was a fanatical Citroën man to the end. Its number plate said 1947 so I presume that was when it was built. Apparently only a few of them were built that year so this one must be quite rare. Light 15s were built from 1934-1955 and were the first mass-produced front-wheel drive cars in the world. They also had independent suspension, and were very comfy and roomy and affordable.
