Today summer has arrived in earnest! Tuesday is Pensioner's Day at Kirstenbosch, and the crowds had yet to arrive when I popped in early to see the reconstruction of "our" Chelsea Flower Show exhibit in a marquee on the lawn at Kirstenbosch. These are hybrids of the King Protea called "Madiba".

ReplyDeleteThey usually bring the exhibit to Port Elizabeth as well, so I wonder if they will come again this year.
