China Flower

Adenandra villosa - the China Flower - is now flowering on Table Mountain. Not even 2 cm across, the flowers are exceptionally beautiful and shiny. It is a member of the citrus family - Rutaceae - also known in South Africa as the "buchu" family. Its leaves contain aromatic oil.
