Volunteers

The area around the Cape Town Stadium in Green Point is alive with visitors who are already getting into the spirit of things for the match tonight when les Fennecs (the Desert Foxes of Algeria) take on the Three Lions (England's not-often-used official nickname). These yellow and green unforms are FIFA volunteers. The weather is looking ok - a bit hazy but not nearly as cold as it was for the last match here.

  1. What's the talk? Did the US get 'screwed' today?

  2. Well I've just watched the England Algeria match - a very poor game from England - they must improve rapidly ...

  3. Lucky there are lots of exciting things for the English to do to take their minds of their team

  4. Well - at least the USA breathe again, especially after their most unfair goal denial for a phantom foul.
