Back lit

An early start today. We left a car at Slangkop Lighthouse in Kommetjie and drove to Red Hill, Simonstown, where we walked back across the mountains to the lighthouse. Even the flowers were lit up. These gladioli are endemic to the Cape Peninsula mountains, and are called "vlamme" which means "flames" in Afrikaans.
